Do I need to be present during the photo or video shoot?
No, your presence is not necessary for the shoot as long as we have all the required information to access the property. We’ll handle everything to showcase your property beautifully!
Do I need to prepare for the photo or video shoot?
Yes, we have a preparation checklist that can be found HERE.
How long does a photo or video shoot take?
Our shoots typically take about one hour for every 3,000 sq. feet. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
When should I expect to receive my photos and/or videos?
Photo packages are delivered within 24 hours, and videos are delivered within 48 hours. Please note for Friday shoots, your photos will be ready by the following Monday.
How will I receive my photos and /or video?
You’ll receive an email with a link to review and pay for your photos. After payment, you can easily download the watermark-free images! Please note that photos are watermarked until downloaded.
Can the photos and videos be further edited?
If we missed something, we’ll gladly provide an additional edit at no extra cost to ensure your complete satisfaction.
How will I pay for my photos?
You will receive an email that will include the invoice. Using this link, you can pay online using all major credit cards!
Do you charge a travel fee?
All travel under 15 miles from Auburn, AL is included. For any property located over 15 miles, a $2.75 per roundtrip mile charge will incur. However, if you would wish to discuss pricing, please feel free to reach out!
Are drone services included?
We’re proud to offer drone services at no additional cost, weather permitting. (Please note that FAA restrictions, like TFRs during Auburn football games, may apply.) Our team is FAA-licensed to ensure safe and professional drone operations.
